One fine day I was looking for a place to satisfy my crave for green tea latte. Unfortunately as I was living quite far from Kota Kinabalu central, I decided to look around for a cafe nearby by residence area. Few minutes of strolling around CKS at Menggatal Plaza led me to a Relax Coffee Cafe. By the grace of God, they do have green tea latte!

They even have a rack of books for their customers to read while enjoying their orders!
Now let's look at how their green tea latte fare from the ones I had previously. My always go to is of course from Starbucks. Appropriately strong and solid, perfectly balanced and frothy to my personal liking. The picture above is before I pleasantly indulged into finishing it while writing in my journal. I think it's fairly tasted good. Not the best of the ones I had but when difficult times call for difficult measures, I would no doubt come back to this cafe considering the distance from my house.
Shown above is the waffle that I ordered while reminiscing nicely made waffles from Hyatt Regency Kinabalu owned Mosaic Cafe. I would say it is good enough to satisfy but still wouldn't beat the same favorite from Mosaic.
Also they have a bomb, fantastic smoked duck spaghetti! I always come back for more since the first time I had them here. Lightly seasoned and really amazing to my buds. But unfortunately didn't managed to take snaps of it because it's way damn too good to waste a second on even a picture. Kept on digging to it everytime.
I would highly recommend this underrated cafe to those looking for a slightly laid-back ambience from the usually crowded Starbucks or Coffee Bean. Let me know what do you think :D
